KYC verification typically involves submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and may include proof of address and a liveness check. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and Account verification status. Betget does not guarantee same-day withdrawals. Standard processing typically takes between one and five business days. All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, which specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 30,000 before a withdrawal request can be processed. Bonuses that have not been claimed or for which the wagering requirement has not been met within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus remains in your Account throughout the wagering period but is deducted from your balance at withdrawal — only winnings in excess of the bonus amount are paid out. A non-sticky bonus is treated as real-money funds once wagering is complete and may be withdrawn in full, subject to any maximum cash-out cap stated in the promotion terms.
Betget employs detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, use of automated software, and coordinated play across accounts with a common beneficial owner. Confirmed cases of bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.
All bets placed on betget are subject to acceptance by the operator. Betget reserves the right to decline, void or limit any wager without being required to state a reason. Wagers are not confirmed until acknowledgement is displayed in the Platform interface.
Odds on all markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and all other sports — are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Accepted bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
Betget reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, fraudulent activity, event cancellation or abandonment, and regulatory direction. Voided bets will be returned to the Account balance.

Upon Account termination, access to the Platform will cease. Any forfeitable bonus funds will be voided. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User via the most recently used payment method, subject to applicable processing conditions.
Betget reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change and contact support to initiate an Account closure.
